Patents

A patent is a set of exclusive rights granted by a sovereign state or intergovernmental organization to an inventor or assignee for a limited period of time in exchange for detailed public disclosure of an invention. An invention is a solution to a specific technological problem and is a product or a process.

Foxx Fit’s Patents

The core functionality and utility of the Foxx Fit software has obtained patent-pending status on 16 core patents from the United States Patent and Trademark Office which spans from November 2024 to current, with key patents beginning to issue.

Trademarks

A trademark can be a word, phrase, symbol, or design that distinguishes the source of the goods or services. Also, as trade dress, it can be the appearance of a product or its packaging, including size, shape, color, texture, graphics, and appearance (e.g, retail store or website).

When using the marks in publications that will be distributed only in the United States, include the appropriate ™, ℠, or ® symbol on first use. For publications that will be distributed outside the United States, do not include trademark symbols. Instead use the appropriate trademark attribution notice, for example: Mac and macOS are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries.

Application software for mobile phones, portable media players, handheld computers, and other electronic devices, namely, software for planning, scheduling, tracking, sending, viewing, and storing information about a person's health and fitness and for providing information and guidance on health and fitness and physical training, and personal health and fitness motivation, and providing a personalized health and fitness training program; downloadable electronic programs and computer software platforms that may be accessed via the internet, mobile phones, smart phones, tablet computers, computers and other wireless devices for planning, scheduling, tracking, sending, viewing, and storing information about a person's health, fitness and athletic training and providing a personalized training program for health and fitness and athletic training

Software as a service, namely software for planning, scheduling, tracking, sending, viewing, and storing information about a person's health and fitness and for providing information and guidance on health and fitness and physical training, and personal health and fitness motivation, and providing a personalized fitness training program; non-downloadable software for the purpose of online coaching, health and fitness information and support; health and fitness training, and providing advice and motivation for personal health and fitness and for athletic training

Providing a website featuring primarily non-downloadable publications in the nature of e-books, tutorials, newsletters and brochures in the field of health, fitness and athletic training and performance, and personal motivation for improved health, fitness and athletic training

Copyright is a legal right created by the law of a country that grants the creator of an original work exclusive rights for its use and distribution. This is usually only for a limited time. The exclusive rights are not absolute but limited by limitations and exceptions to copyright law, including fair use.

The following Intellectual Property of Foxx Fit I have been submitted to Copyright.gov for copyright protection: All code and designs of the Foxx Fit Downloadable, Non-Downloadable, Software and Core Publications.

Other Third Party Marks

All third party trademarks referenced by Foxx Fit website and software whether in logo form, name form or product form, or otherwise remain the property of their respective holders, and are used by us only to refer to the contextual use of the development of software and other technology and products utilizing health and fitness advice and supporting third party solutions. Our use of these trademarks in no way indicates any relationship between Foxx Fit and the holders of these trademarks. Rather, any usage of third party trademarks by us is to refer to such products is considered nominative fair use under trademark law.
